This morning starting at 10am the United States Ambassador to Tunisia will be speaking at the University of Wyoming. Gordon Gray will speak at  the University of Wyoming's Classroom Building.

Ambassador Gray experienced first hand the Tunisian revolution and the changes that occurred in that country. Gray was in Tunisia when the first pro-democracy protests began in December. The movement has been called the "Arab Spring" and the sweeping effects of the revolution have spread through North Africa and the Middle East.

Ambassador Gray will speak about how the revolution paved the way to freedom and individual rights for the people of Tunisia. Gray will also discuss experiences and thoughts on the future between the United States and Tunisia. Gray will also take any questions from those in attendance. Ambassador Gordon Gray's visit is sponsored by the University of Wyoming's International Programs.
