University of Wyoming students, faculty and staff members can reap the stress-relieving benefits of therapy dogs Wednesday and Thursday, April 15-16, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Prexy’s Pasture.

“The dogs will be there to help relieve any stress that the end of the semester brings,” says Hannah McNamee, Wyoming Union marketing coordinator. “People are encouraged and invited to pet, brush or just look at the dogs.”

Since 1990, Therapy Dogs Inc. has been interacting with schools, hospitals, nursing homes, libraries and anywhere else dogs would benefit people. For more information about Therapy Dogs Inc., visit www.therapydogs.com or like the organization on Facebook.

In case of bad weather, the dogs will be located in the Wyoming Union Skylight Lounge.
