Most roads on the Pole Mountain unit of the Medicine Bow National Forest have opened for the summer and are now open for motorized vehicles.

Springtime in Yellowstone means fewer crowds, opportunities for hiking at lower elevations, and skiing or snowshoeing at higher elevations.
