UPDATE: Laramie Neighborhood Evacuated, SWAT Team Called

UPDATE as of 3/25 at 4:45 p.m.: Brian Mennig, who was taken into custody on pending charges early Monday morning, was released from police custody that same day at 4:13 p.m.
