Plenty announced the acquisition earlier this week. Chris Michael, CEO and Co-Founder of Bright Agrotech, said the acquisition will help Bright pursue its mission of helping local farmers gain a competitive edge.

Shaun Bullock, former director of operations for the company, was appointed the new chief business development officer. Toby Lynn Schaef, the former director of field operations, has taken on the role of chief operating officer, according to a MBT news release.
