Arrest

A Laramie man was arrested and charged with strangulation of a household member, felonious restraint as well as other misdemeanor charges on Friday, March 9.

The identity of the victim has not been disclosed.

Neither the governor nor his family were harmed during the incident.

All four of Budai's tires were flattened, and the Volvo came to a stop.

Police got a search warrant and traced the threats back to the two suspects.
