Wyoming Brewers Festival Gears Up For 2012

Student Who Froze To Death Had BAC Of .226 Percent

Authorities say a teenager whose body was found outside a Cheyenne high school after temperatures dipped to 10 degrees had a blood-alcohol level of 0.226 percent — nearly three times the legal limit for driving. Laramie County Coroner Marty Luna says 18-year-old Andrea Battle died of hypothermia, but alcohol was a contributing factor.
