The Wyoming Cowboys let a 14-point lead slip away and lost at Air Force to the Falcons Tuesday night. The final score was 70-62.

Head coach Larry Shyatt said,

“We got an early lead, but we got too comfortable, and once the avalanche hit, and we started to miss shots, we couldn’t turn it.”

Wyoming was ahead 48-41 with just under 12 minutes left. They made only three field goals the rest of the game. The Pokes shot 28.6 percent, 6-of-21, in the second half. In fact, the Cowboys went scoreless for more than four minutes.
