UNDATED (AP) — The Detroit Red Wings and Columbus Blue Jackets will participate in the Stanley Cup playoffs this season. The Washington Capitals and New Jersey Devils will not.

For the Red Wings, it's their 23rd consecutive trip to the postseason, the NHL's longest current streak. The Blue Jackets are in for only the second time in their 13-year history.

The Wings secured a berth by earning a point in a 4-3 shootout loss in Pittsburgh. Jussi Jokinen (YOO'-see YOH'-kih-nehn) scored in regulation and provided the game-winner in the shootout.

Artem Anisimov (ahr-TEHM' ah-NEE'-sih-mohf) and Mark Letestu (leh-TEHS'-too) added goals to the Jackets' one-goal lead before Columbus completed a 3-1 win at Dallas. The Blue Jackets had a 1-0 lead when the puck dropped. That was the score March 10, the night the original game was postponed after Dallas forward Rich Peverley collapsed on the bench because of an irregular heartbeat.

Meanwhile, Anaheim has clinched the Pacific Division title and moved one point ahead of St. Louis for the Western Conference lead. Patrick Maroon scored twice and John Gibson stopped 36 shots as the Ducks beat San Jose 5-2. Corey Perry and Matt Beleskey each had a goal and an assist to help Anaheim earn its second straight division crown.

Also on ice:

— Patrick Sharp set up Marian Hossa's (HOH'-sahz) tying goal and then scored the game-winner 43 seconds into overtime to lift Chicago past Montreal 3-2. The Canadiens had a 2-1 lead until Hossa tipped a feed from Sharp past Peter Budaj (BOO'-dy) with 47.7 seconds left in regulation, allowing the Blackhawks to pick up their first win in eight overtime games this season.

— Los Angeles rallied from a 3-0 deficit before Jiri Hudler (YEER'-ee HOOD-lur) and Sean Monahan scored shootout goals in Calgary's 4-3 win over the Kings. Monahan also scored in regulation for the Flames, who were outshot 44-18.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) — Former Canucks captain Trevor Linden has been hired as Vancouver's president of hockey operations.

The announcement came a day after the Canucks fired president and general manager Mike Gillis.

Linden scored 375 goals and 867 points in 1,382 career NHL games over 19 seasons spent mostly with Vancouver.

CHICAGO (AP) — Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane says he will rejoin the team for the NHL playoffs next week, despite wearing a brace on his injured left knee. Kane was hurt in a game on March 19 and went to the sidelines as the team's leading scorer.
