Here is a great video of John Fox talking about what his first moves will be as the 14th head coach of the Denver Broncos.  The Broncos announced Fox as the new coach on Thursday.

"The Broncos have a culture of winning, and I am excited to continue that legacy. I can’t wait to get to work, pushing our players to be the best they can be and representing this community as head coach of the Denver Broncos.” -John Fox

Fox has 22 years of NFL experience and was the head coach of the Carolina Panther for nine seasons (2002-2010).   The Panther went 73-71 (.507) in the regular season and 5-3 in the postseason under Fox.  They had three 11-win seasons, won the NFC South Division Title twice, and went to the postseason three times.  The biggest stat for most Bronco fans is most likely the fact that Fox led the Panthers to the Super Bowl in 2003, which was just his second season with the team.
