State District Judge Marvin L. Tyler accepted the change of plea and ordered a presentence investigation.

Pack reached a plea agreement with prosecutors in which he would plead guilty to two counts of rape in exchange for charges of aggravated burglary and burglary being dropped.

Pack is accused of raping several women in Jackson in the mid-1970s, but evidence linking him to the crimes wasn't found until 2015.

Pack was arrested at his Cheyenne home last December. He has a previous rape conviction in Sublette County in the mid-1970s.
