Mail Box Thief Identified

The man who has been stealing checks and debit cards from rural mail boxes in Northern Colorado has been identified. Over the last couple of weeks, 48-year-old Harry "Skeeter" Jenkins of Walden Colorado has stolen debit cards, forged signatures on stolen checks. He has circulated the stolen checks and conducted debit card transactions throughout Albany  and Laramie County. Commander Mitchell Cushman of the Laramie Police Department says the rural mail boxes were easy targets for Harry Jenkins:
