Laramie’s Newest Pizza Place

There's a new pizza joint looking to take over the Laramie Market.

Topper's Pizza, located in the UW Plaza, opened its doors on Saturday, June 10. Customers camped out overnight in hopes of being one of the first 50 customers in the restaurant, winning a year of free pizza.

The Laramie location marks location #77 for the Whitewater, Wisconsin based company. It came to Laramie courtesy of Rocky Top Management, which also manages several Taco John's franchises.

Owner Todd Geatches says that what sets Topper's aside from other pizza chains is their commitment to using 100% fresh ingredients, including Wisconsin cheese. He also highlighted the restaurant's menu, including items such as a tater tot pizza, mac and cheese pizza, and the chain's signature Topperstix.

This is the first Topper's franchise in Wyoming, with another set to open in Cheyenne on July 1st.
