LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — A Laramie man faces criminal charges following a boating accident that killed his son this summer.

33-year-old Shaun G. Moore has been charged in Crook County with aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular homicide.

Moore appeared Friday in Crook County Circuit Court and did not enter a plea. He was released on $10,000 bond. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Feb. 17.

A Wyoming Department of Game and Fish warden filed a statement in court saying tests performed after the accident showed Moore had been drinking Aug. 3 while towing his son in an inner tube behind a boat at Keyhole Reservoir.

An autopsy found that 6-year-old Hudson Moore died from injuries from the boat's propeller.
