The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning for parts of southeast Wyoming for Wednesday morning.

The weather service has issued this statement:

"A High Wind Warning remains in effect from 6 am until noon today for the typical wind prone areas of southeast Wyoming (Arlington, I-80 Summit, & Bordeaux). Some local gusts around 60 mph are expected in these areas. Those traveling in light, high-profile vehicles should be prepared to encounter these strong winds and adjust or cancel plans accordingly."
