A free night of family fun will begin at 4 PM on Tuesday at the Albany County Fairgrounds with Family Night at the Fair. Albany County Fair Board President Linda Johnson says that every booth will be offering something free for people who stop by.

The night will get started with 4H dog agility at 4 PM, then there will be a fiddle contest at 5 PM, bucket calves at 6 PM and the 4H fashion revue at 7:30 PM. Throughout the night the Laramie Dance Club will be teaching line dancing, Murdoch’s will be operating a mechanical bull and there will be a pedal tractor pull for kids along with antique tractors on display.

For those who wish to simply wander the fairgrounds, Johnson says all the 4H exhibits and animals, except for horses, will be at the fairgrounds to enjoy. If horses are what you’re looking for, don’t worry, there will be some therapy horses there as well.

In addition, various booths will have cotton candy and ice cream to enjoy. Overall, the goal for the night is to have something for everyone according to Johnson.
