County Commissioner Heber Richardson Discusses Proposed Land Purchase [VIDEO]

Last Tuesday the Albany County Commissioners were presented an opportunity to purchase land along the eastern side of the city of Laramie.

County Commissioner Heber Richardson stopped by 'Laramie Live on KOWB' to talk more in-depth on what the purchase is about, clear up where payment for the purchase would come from, why he feels they should and more.
