George W. Bush Has Lowest Favorable Rating of Any Living President
Lately we’ve seen Bill Clinton stumping for President Obama as he ramps up his reelection campaign — but you likely won’t see George W. Bush doing the same for GOP candidate Mitt Romney.
Why not? Probably because a new survey finds Bush has the lowest favorable rating of any living former president.
