Easton Corbin to Perform at University of Wyoming
Got any plans for the Pokes bye week? You do now. The University of Wyoming will host Mercury Nashville recording artist Easton Corbin on Saturday, Sept. 29 in the Arts and Sciences Auditorium. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
New Burger King Coming to Laramie
The Burger King on the corner of 3oth and Grand in Laramie will be a pile of rubble by this weekend. Don’t worry though, a new BK will be opening at that location in December. Director of Operations Chris Lesher says they are starting from scratch to bring a new Burger King to the Gem City.
A Message from the Albany County Superintendent on the First Day of School
Today is the first day of school for Albany County School District One. Last year was a pretty good year with Laramie High School being ranked first in the state by U.S. News & World Report and Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Brian Recht, is hopeful for another great school year.
